Safe and Secure payments

You will be sent an e-mail requesting payment when your feature is complete and online. If you are completely satisfied then click the appropriate payment button opposite and Paypal will take care of you automatically. We do not have access to any of your payment details which are secure between you and Paypal. Pay with your credit or debit card or from your Paypal account if you have one. Do not make any payment unless you are completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your feature then contact us immediately. If we do not hear from you within 7 days the feature will be withdrawn on the assumption that you no longer wish to advertise.

Other methods of payment

You may also pay by cheque drawn in Sterling on any UK bank. Please refer to our e-mail payment request for payment instructions. If we have not heard from you within 7 days the feature will be withdrawn on the assumption that you no longer wish to advertise.

Terms

All feature subscriptions are for 12 months. You will be sent a renewal notice 14 days before expiration.

It is your responsibility to advise us of any e-mail changes or other changes to the details we hold.

We do not share any information with third parties other than the details you provide for online advertisement.

We do not have access to any of your banking or credit card details supplied to Paypal. We do store or retain any personal information about our advertisers other than their advertisement submissions.

In submitting your advertisement you declare that you hold all legal rights to the text and image provided by you which we place on line in good faith.

Terms Continued

Advertisers must be based in the Swindon or surrounding areas or must directly serve the Swindon area. They must be relevant to the people and communities of Swindon.

We do not accept any liability for the consequences of your advertisement appearing online. In particular we make no gaurantees how many visits your site will achieve as a result of advertising.

A banner link from your website to the Local Trade Vine is highly recommended but not obligatory.

We reserve the right to refuse entry of any advertisement which does not meet our editorial criteria. This will include any website deemed unsuitable for a family audience.
